Please plan to arrive no later than thirty minutes prior to
your scheduled
warm-up. All times and locations are based on the festival schedule
which will
be mailed approximately one month prior to your performance day.
A representative will lead your students into the warm-up
area. If you have
arrived early, you are welcome to enter the performance area and listen
to
other ensembles..
Stage Set-Up
As soon as the previous performance is completed, your
representatives (with
an accurate seating chart) must be ready to direct the stage crew. The
stage
must be set quickly and accurately.

properly
accommodated.
There
will be a 25 minute warm-up

room).
** In some
instances there may be few
or no music stands in the Instrumental warm-up room, as it is intended
for
warm-up and tuning, not as rehearsal time.
***Clinics
for marching ensembles will be based on location and access to space.
